Our approach in designing a new course is to first analyse the participants' active speaking ability, identifying weak as well as strong areas, and then develop a course based on the results of our analysis. We focus on the student's active language use and identify areas where his or her skills need improvement. The result of this process is a modular, theme-oriented course. Themes range from company-specific issues to the students' own interests.
